Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for
typographical errors. Price, photos & features are subject to change without
notice. We reserve the right to limit or adjust quantities, or refuse orders at
our sole discretion. All orders are shipped C.O.D., Cash or Credit Card. To pay
by check, a credit application must be submitted and approved. Please allow up
to 30 days for processing an approval.
Shipping
Orders received before 4:00 pm EST are shipped out that day via UPS, FedEx or
other most economical means of transportation. Qualifying orders will be
upgraded to air delivery. Local orders will be delivered via our fleet of trucks
or common carrier.
Returns
Returns will be allowed only with prior authorization. Returns will only be
accepted with a return authorization number issued by the Returns Department.
All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of authorization, freight
prepaid. Customer is responsible for all freight charges. We must be notified
within 1 business day of receipt of merchandise. Returns will only be accepted
with products in original manufacturer box and packing materials and original
blank warranty cards. No returns on special orders or products that are
outdated, opened or damaged. Returned merchandise will be credited to your
account or replaced at our choice after inspection and approval. No refunds on
returned products. Please allow 30 days from receipt of your return for your
credit or replacement. Any shortages or damages must be reported within 2 days
and original cartons saved. Returns other than defects or damages will be
subject to a 15% ($5 min.) restocking charge.
Due to UPS policies any customer refusal of shipments will result in extra return shipping charges.
